Conie's background
Over the past two years, I have cared for children ranging from infants aged 5 to 8 months old, up to 8-year-old elementary students. My background includes five seasons of bilingual childcare at an English kindergarten, leading small-group all-English play sessions, and providing attentive home care. I take a gentle, patient approach to every routine, whether assisting with meals and toothbrushing or encouraging early learning through shared picture books, phonics, nursery rhymes, and creative drawing. I also have dedicated experience supporting neurodivergent children. This includes one-on-one tutoring for a three-year-old with autism and ADHD, as well as special education tutoring for elementary students at Haoxue Learning Center. Whether guiding homework, number recognition, or facilitating indoor and outdoor play, I adapt to each child's individual temperament to ensure they feel understood, supported, and safe.
