Why I do this work
“Aloha, I’m Emily, an adventurous and educated career nanny. My career has led me to opening my own world school in Egypt, leading homeschool pods on Oahu and working for families on yachts around the world. Originally from upstate New York, I grew up in the mountains, now I get the best of both worlds on Oahu having the mountains and ocean. I love to surf, play soccer, create art, and read. I’m a world traveler and have been to 25+ countries!”
Emily's background
10+ years working for different families domestically and internationally. I’ve studied a lot about alternative education and child development, and use my knowledge to lead with a holistic approach. I’ve traveled with families in France, the Philippines and through Egypt and have worked for a few UHNW families as a nanny or governess and also have experience in household management & family assistance. Skills: Planning fun activities, water sports & ocean safety, facilitating art, sports & creative activities. Meal preparation, bag packing, cleanliness.
