Why I do this work
“Hi, I’m Kanna! I’m currently work at a Japanese language school where I support newly arrived students as they settle into life in Japan. I am warm, reliable, and attentive, and I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment where children feel happy and secure. As your travel nanny, I will ensure your little ones are well cared for so you can fully relax and enjoy your trip, knowing they are in capable and caring hands.”
Kanna's background
I gained valuable childcare experience while living in Canada for two years, where I worked as a babysitter for children aged 0, 2, 4, and 7. My responsibilities included overnight care during parents’ night shifts, preparing meals, bathing the children, managing bedtime routines, and handling school pick-ups and drop-offs. I also accompanied the children to camps and family events such as weddings. Through these experiences, I developed strong skills in infant and multi-age childcare, supporting daily routines and emotional needs, providing overnight care, assisting with activities and outings, and creating a calm, nurturing environment that helps children feel comfortable, especially while traveling or adjusting to new surroundings.
