Why I do this work
“Hello, I'm Mayuko! I'm originally from the Pacific Northwest in the US, and have been living in Kyoto since 2023. I have a master's degree in inclusive elementary education and have worked with kids of all ages, preschool to high school. I'm reliable, fun, creative, flexible, and patient. I enjoy nature, books, crafts, photography, and games! Looking forward to meeting families visiting Kyoto!”
