Why I do this work
“I am a caring, responsible, and adaptable person who enjoys supporting families and helping children feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I value patience, flexibility, and creating a calm and positive environment, especially in unfamiliar situations such as travel. I understand that parents want someone they can trust completely with their children. I am reliable, attentive, and easy to communicate with, and I always strive to provide reassurance and peace of mind. I would be honored to support families during their travels in Japan and help create an environment where both parents and children can feel at ease, relax, and fully enjoy their time here.”
Minami's background
I have meaningful childcare experience through helping raise my sister's child, with whom I have lived since birth and who is now 14 years old. Being closely involved in the child's daily life and growth has given me a strong understanding of the different needs children have at each stage of development. It has also taught me how important patience, attentiveness, and creating a safe, supportive, and caring environment are.
