Meet Misato
A short hello from Misato before you meet.
Why I do this work
“Hi, I’m Misato! I truly enjoy working with children and supporting their learning and development in a fun, caring, and positive environment. With my background in teaching and international childcare, I aim to help children feel comfortable, engaged, and happy while families enjoy their travels. I love incorporating creative activities, language learning, and cultural experiences so children can have a memorable and enriching time during your stay.”
Misato's background
I worked as a junior high school teacher in Japan for three years before spending two years in the United States as an au pair, where I gained valuable hands-on childcare experience in a family setting. After returning to Japan, I have continued working as a babysitter while also teaching English at a cram school. I enjoy engaging children through language learning, origami, crafts, and creative play, adapting activities to each child’s age, interests, and personality.
