Why I do this work
“Hi, I’m Sheila! I am originally from the Philippines and fluent in English. I graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English and previously worked as an English teacher in the Philippines. Spending time with kids has always been my passion, and I truly enjoy helping children learn, grow, and gain confidence in a fun and supportive environment. My goal is to help families truly relax and enjoy their vacation, knowing their children are in safe, caring, and capable hands.”

While my childcare experience is primarily within my family, I had the wonderful opportunity to care for my niece from the age of 2 until she turned 9. Through this experience, I developed patience, attentiveness, and a strong nurturing approach when caring for children. I enjoy engaging kids through storytelling, language learning, creative play, and educational activities that make learning fun and meaningful. I understand how important it is for parents to feel confident and at ease while traveling. I will always prioritize your children’s safety, comfort, and happiness, ensuring they are well cared for while also creating fun and memorable experiences for them.
