Shiho's background
I have diverse childcare experience across Japan and abroad. I worked as an au pair in Australia for 6 months, where I cared for four children, managed daily routines such as meal preparation, school pick-ups, and bedtime, and organized creative activities. I also worked as an after-school activity facilitator, leading engaging programs that encouraged learning, teamwork, and fun. In addition, I have two years of babysitting experience, providing attentive care, supervising homework, and ensuring children’s safety while building strong, trusting relationships with families.
