“Hi, I’m Ai! I’m Japanese but was born and raised in the UK. I’m a responsible, positive, and energetic person who enjoys working with people and learning new skills. I love staying active and spending my free time doing sports, cooking, and traveling. I’m passionate about helping others and creating a warm, supportive environment for the people around me. I’m excited about the opportunity to support families and create a safe, fun, and positive space for children.”

I have gained valuable professional babysitting experience working with several families and caring for children ranging from infants to school-aged. Through these experiences, I have supported children with a variety of personalities and needs, including children on the autism spectrum. This has helped me develop strong patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt my approach to each child’s unique needs. My childcare experience includes both daytime and evening care. During the day, I enjoy keeping children engaged through creative play, reading, and age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and imagination. In the evenings, I am comfortable assisting with meal preparation, bath time, and bedtime routines, ensuring children feel relaxed and well cared for. I have also provided childcare in both home and hotel environments, which has allowed me to become flexible and quick to adapt to different family routines and expectations. Working with diverse families has strengthened my attentiveness and ability to create a calm, safe, and enjoyable environment where children feel comfortable and supported.
