この仕事をする理由
“Hi! I’m Nina, a half-Japanese, half-American nanny currently finishing my first year at McGill University in Canada, where I study Cognitive Science with a minor in East Asian Studies. I grew up mostly in the United States and completed high school in Sapporo, giving me strong familiarity with both Western and Japanese cultures. I genuinely enjoy helping families feel comfortable while traveling, and I aim to create a safe, warm, and fun environment where children feel at ease while parents can relax and fully enjoy their time in Japan. I love staying active through running and sports, enjoy reading, and always try to bring positive energy, patience, and attentiveness when caring for children.”
Ninaの経歴
I have childcare experience across Japan, the United States, and Canada through babysitting, camps, after-school programs, and tutoring. I have cared for children ranging from 8 months to 12 years old and truly enjoy engaging with kids of all ages. While living in the U.S., I earned my American Red Cross Babysitter Certification as well as CPR/AED certification. I love organizing creative activities such as arts and crafts, storytelling, and educational play, and I can also teach basic English or Japanese in a fun and natural way. I enjoy cooking simple traditional Japanese dishes and baking, which I’m always happy to share with children during my time with families. My goal is to provide attentive, reliable care while making each child’s travel experience enjoyable and memorable.
