我做这份工作的原因
“Hi, my name is Aliza. I am Australian and have been living in Japan since early 2025. I am currently enjoying exploring different parts of Japan while also learning the language and adapting to life here. In my free time, I enjoy reading science fiction and fantasy books, playing games, and watching anime and reading manga. I bring a calm, friendly, and attentive presence when working with children, and I aim to support families so they can enjoy their travels with peace of mind knowing their children are safe, comfortable, and well cared for.”
Aliza的背景
I have 15 years of childcare experience, beginning with babysitting as a teenager and later working in a childcare center while studying at university. For four years, I worked with children aged 0–5 in a structured childcare setting before transitioning into private nannying. In this role, I supported long- term families (with placements lasting 1 year, 5 years, and 9 years) as well as providing on-demand care for various families. I particularly enjoy building strong relationships with children and their families. My experience also expanded into caring for children with additional needs, both behavioral and medical, where I provided patient, individualized support to ensure each child’s safety, comfort, and development.
