Over my 16 years in childcare, I have worked in a variety of nurturing settings. My background includes over 8 years as a live-in nanny, 7 years providing professional home-based childcare, nearly a year and a half in a daycare center for children under 2 years old, and 3 months in a postpartum care center supporting newborn babies. Throughout these roles, I have developed a gentle, empathetic, and patient temperament that helps children feel deeply safe and loved. My approach revolves around open communication, and I'm always happy to discuss and adapt to each family's unique parenting style and expectations. Guided by the Montessori philosophy of learning through experience, I engage little ones through interactive music play, bringing along push-button bells, hand bells, tambourines, sand shakers, hand drums, and percussion tiles.
