我做这份工作的原因
“Hi, my name is Eszter! I’m originally from Hungary and previously lived in Budapest before coming to Japan. I enjoy meeting new people, learning about different cultures, and creating meaningful connections wherever I go. Families can expect me to bring a calm, responsible, and supportive presence while caring for their children, helping them feel safe and comfortable so parents can fully enjoy their travels in Japan. I am adaptable, a quick learner, and genuinely excited to support visiting families while continuing to learn and grow through this cultural experience.”
Eszter的背景
My childcare and youth experience comes from many years working in the social sector. I previously worked in an after-school mentoring program supporting children and young people through educational and social activities, helping them build confidence and independence. I also worked as a social worker assisting vulnerable communities, which strengthened my patience, empathy, and strong sense of responsibility. Growing up in a large family with four children also gave me hands-on caregiving experience from an early age. Through volunteering experiences in Italy and Spain and my professional background working with diverse groups, I have developed strong communication skills and the ability to create a positive, nurturing environment where children feel respected, engaged, and cared for.
