My professional background spans six years across classroom, community, and home environments. I spent five years working as an elementary school teacher in an international school in South Africa, guiding children of varying learning styles and personalities. Since moving to Japan, I have provided home-based babysitting for local families, caring for children ranging from infants to 12 years old. To ensure your family's complete safety, I hold CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications, including Japanese CPR/AED certification, alongside completed babysitting coursework. I am also currently completing Japanese government-approved childcare training. Alongside my formal work, my firsthand experience as a mother and my time caring for my three nieces and nephews while their mother traveled abroad has given me a natural, intuitive approach to daily childcare. My duties have included managing everyday routines, meal preparation, supporting learning, and leading engaging activities like baking simple treats, reading, and outdoor play.
