我做這份工作的原因
“Hi, I’m Florenia! I graduated in the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Education (BSE), where I studied child and adolescent psychology, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding children’s behavior, development, and emotional needs. Since coming to Japan in 1995, I have been teaching English and caring for children, and I always ensure that each child feels safe, respected, and understood. I adapt my communication style depending on the child’s age and personality, and I remain calm and flexible when handling different situations, creating a stable and positive environment for children while parents are away.”
Florenia的背景
I have extensive experience working with children in both educational and community settings, including collaborating with Japanese co-teachers, supporting children with disabilities through volunteer work, and participating in cultural exchange programs. I also enjoy planning seasonal events and outdoor activities that encourage creativity and social development. In addition, I share Filipino culture through simple cooking activities and interactive learning experiences, helping children enjoy meaningful and engaging moments while in my care.
