Over my four years of childcare and teaching experience, I have cared for children aged 4 to 11 in a wide range of settings, including private homes, elementary schools, bilingual academies, and tutoring environments. As a babysitter and play companion for 5- and 8-year-old children, and a private art tutor for a 4-year-old, I bring an encouraging, patient, and creative temperament. My daily duties have included managing playtime, teaching English and full academic subjects, assisting with homework, and engaging children through interactive art activities. In formal educational settings, I served as an intern teacher at Axis International Academy in Colorado, a teaching intern at Saginaw Valley State University in Michigan, and an assistant teacher at a cram school. I hold a Certificate of National Chinese Proficiency and have taught Mandarin to non-native speakers, bilingual school students, and online learners. In every role, I focus on fostering a positive, reassuring environment tailored to each child's needs.
